From my own experience, I have found that static websites rank higher in the long run with the search engines, but blogs posts can have short term success.I just came across this great article that confirms what I found, and gives the reasons why. As I have suggested here and in the book, the best Internet marketing plan for your law firm is to have a mix of both types of websites.
